Mskhaldidi village school was built in 1978. School had night classes between 1990 - 2000 and ensured certificate of secondary education. After finishing secondary school pupils had direct access to universities. Since 2000 school turned into basic level which is compulsory.

Schoolmaster Akbar Valiyev :
“No student has been enrolled to university from Mskhaldidi village school during the last 5 years.”

Article 35
1. Everyone shall have the right to receive education and the right to free choice of a form of education.
2. The state shall ensure harmonization of the national educational system within the international educational space. (27.12.06)
3. Pre-school education shall be guaranteed by the State. Elementary and basic education shall be compulsory. The state shall fully finance basic education as prescribed by law. Citizens shall have the right to receive State-financed vocational and higher education as prescribed by law. (27.12.06)
4. The state shall support educational institutions in accordance with the procedure established by law.

Ministry about school bus (text): ”Public schools are provided with school bus according to special program. Local Educational Recourse Center of the Ministry of Education and Sciences of Georgia cooperate with local municipalities determine the criteria (geographic location, climate, internal road infrastructure and migration problems). Ministry is provided with accurate information about the schools where students are in need of transport. Mtskheta Educational Resource Center has not applied to the municipality for providing transport for pupils living in the village Mskhaldidi.
